Position: Sales Associate - Conferencing Services

Sales Associate
Responsible for selling our audio, web and video conferencing products to enterprise companies within an assigned territory. In this role you will be supported by an experienced, energetic management team committed to your success.
Key Initiatives:
• Prospect, identify and close conferencing sales opportunities within an assigned geographic territory.
• Prospecting activities to include cold calling new sales leads via telephone and email
• Manage a sales funnel using sales opportunity analysis aided by an in depth understanding of client business drivers, strategy, and buying cycles.
• Continually increase technical knowledge of all company products and services in order to act in a consultative role for client-ship.
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience selling teleconferencing or other technical or service oriented products.
• Self-starter with experience and desire to acquire new business.
• Adept at prospecting, funnel management and closing business.
• Excellent telephone sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Financially goal oriented
• Must possess a high degree of integrity and accountability
• Must possess sound decision-making skills
• Experience in developing long-term business relationships with key decision makers within organizations
• Strong time management skills and organization skills
Min. Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
